Our preferred applicator for bigger jobs, whether applying the Liquid Beeswax Woodfinish or Leather Cream. This brush is handmade, reusable and washable. It has a 5 1/2 inch long wood handle and natural boar bristles. Originally developed for use as a chalk & wax paint applicator, we have found this brush to be a handy tool for many applications.
NOTE: There is some shedding that can occur with natural boar bristle brushes, so prepping the brush first by running it under warm water and massaging the bristles in your hand a bit, knocking off any loose bristles (then letting dry) can significantly reduce shedding during your first couple of projects. Cleaning is done with just warm water and a light dish soap, cleaning from use of our finishes is best with mineral spirits.
